1. Fisher Cats Tickets: Please remind your parents about the game scheduled for Sunday June 6th at 1:35. They may order tickets through you at 10:00 per person. You may turn the money in on either Monday May 17th or Tuesday May 18th from 6-7pm at the Johnson Building. Cindy or I will be there. (money must be in at this time)!! Tickets will be available for pickup on Thursday June 3rd and Friday June 4th from 6-7 pm at the Johnson Building. This is a great day to spend with family and friends. The kids are asked to wear their game shirts. There is a flyer attached if you would like to print it your for your team.
2. Home Run Derby/Picture Day: Saturday May 22nd Remind parents that this is our biggest fundraiser!! Collect flat pledges only. All children will participate (even those that do not get sponsors). Please hand out picture envelopes. Team mom is to collect them and have them ready for the photographer on this day. Team mom also runs HRD. Please check your packet for info on what you need to do. There will be a table at the Johnson Building on this day where HRD money is to be turned in. DO NOT LEAVE the park without turning your money in. All money is due on this day.
3. Concession Stand reminder (as there is still some confusion)
For Johnson building concession, the 4 teams that need parents in concession play on Volunteer field(#2 on map), Minor West/now Frank Finnel field(#5 on map), back T-ball East(#11 on map) and T-ball West(#6 on map).
For East concession between A and B fields, the 4 teams that need to cover this concession are from fields Major A(#4 on map), Major B(#3 on map), Minor East(#9 on map) and Rookie East(#8 on map).
For Creteau concession Major 70 team playing there will cover that concession.
For T-ball concession near entrance of field Front T-ball field(#10 on map) will cover this concession.
**There are two league officers every night to open and close these concessions but they have a lot to cover so please do not leave concession unless an officer tells you to do so. Also please remind your parents that they must stay until all games in their area are finished not just their child's game and they need to help clean up. I know some people do not like this but it is only 1 time per season parents are asked to work concession. If they know this ahead of time they can plan to stay late.
4. Make up Games: Please note the change in game times for Saturday May 15th. There are a lot of make up games going on. If your team was supposed to play last Saturday and the game is rescheduled for this Saturday and you were/are home team your team must work concession.
